After yesterday's issues with Plantation, things at least appear to be back on track with timelines and information provided. Needless to say we will continue to keep on top of Plantation whilst we are away.
The great news is that our land has been topsoiled and will be graded and levelled off early next week, which means Plantation will be doing our soil test and site survey by the end of next week. Also by the end of next week, we should have a bitumen road out the front and a registered block of land. That also means that our plans should be well and truly into Council by the time we get back.
If we get any information as to how things are progressing whilst we are away, we will update :)
Looking at our block from across the road! The soil at the front is the leftover "topsoil" which they use to level and grade the block - it will disappear shortly |
Looking down the road - the roadbase is down and ready for bitumen next week! |
